Essentially all it does is temporarily move the default cockpit camera location into the cabin and then you’re free to move around. There are instructional videos on YouTube for how to do this (lookup: MSFS custom camera views). If you can’t use the arrow keys to move into the cabin, you need to modify the camera.cfg file (per plane). Many aircraft prevent this due to the virtual walls that stop you moving beyond the plane. To then access those views, it’s Alt + 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. If you can use your arrow keys to move into the cabin, you can then save a custom camera view at your desired location (I think it might be Control + 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.).
